Thousands Australian Pakistanis Celebrates PTI and Imran Khan Victory in

On 25 July 2018, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chief Imran Khan declares victory in the general elections after his party emerged as the single largest in the National Assembly of Pakistan. Imran Khan promises ‘Naya Pakistan’ and the Editorial Board of the Sada-e-Watan Sydney wishes congratulated the whole nation for historic election results & choosing a leader who is committed to work for welfare of the common man.
On the evening of Thursday 26th July 2018, PTI NSW Australia and PTI Supporters arranged a rally in Sydney to express gratitude for Imran Khan and PTI’s 22 years struggle ultimately PTI forming a Government & Imran Khan becoming Prime Minister of Pakistan. This Rally start location was Lakemba Train Station from 6pm and with thousands attendance of men & women, main rally gathering location was Olympic Blvd ANZ Stadium from 7pm and then Rally route to was towards Auburn 8pm, the next Rally route was to Harris Park 8:30pm and Next Rally route was to

Granville train Station at 9:30pm, final location was Himalaya Restaurant Hall. During the Victory celebrations, people was dancing until late night.

During the PTI NSW event, there was live telecasted speech of the Imran Khan who talked about Accountability, austerity, good governance, tax reforms, pro-poor policies, friendly relations with neighbouring countries and his party’s core electoral promise of ‘change’ would form cornerstones of his government-in-waiting, announced PTI chairman Imran Khan in his victory speech. Imran Khan, who appeared calm and composed during the 28-minute speech broadcast live from his residence in Bani Gala Islamabad, also offered his support to opposition parties if they sought a vote audit in any constituency.

Imran Khan did not mention his political rivals in his entire speech. He also refrained from blaming anyone for the current situation in the country. Instead, he stuck to his claim of the unfolding of a ‘profound change’.
“I thank God for providing me with an
opportunity to implement a manifesto I had thought out nearly 22 years ago,”
Imran Khan asserted.
“Over the past few years, I witnessed Pakistan’s fall from grace, becoming marred by corruption and bad governance,” Imran Khan said. According to him, he had always wanted to make Pakistan a country as had been imagined by its founding father, Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
