Usman Khawaja was born in Islamabad on 18th December 1986 and moved to Australia with his parents in 1990 at the age of four. His Father Tariq Khawaja & Mother Fouzia Tariq are well respected in Pakistani/Australian community and living in Sydney for the past 18 years. Mr. Tariq Khawaja was the General Secretary of Pakistan Association of Australia in 1993-1995 while Mr. Usman Khan was President of Pakistan Association of Australia. Tariq Khawaja's Son Usman Khawaja is the first Pakistani & Muslim cricketer who is playing in NSW and will play Insha'Allah in the near future for the Australian cricket team.
