Request to help a Young Pakistani Girl Alia

Alia is a young girl from Khanewal (Punjab - Pakistan) currently visiting her Phuppi's (aunty) family in Sydney Australia. Alia's father has died few years ago and she has been living with her mother, two sisters and two brothers in Pakistan.
Here in Sydney, she has been diagnosed with a serious congenital heart anomaly called Fallot's tetralogy
(Please refer to attached Alia's Appeal.) Which requires Min of A$28,000 to A$32,000 for the costs of surgery, hospital etc. My family has made Contributions/ Zakat via directly crediting to the account as per details below:
