Dr. Sami Syed Elected New President of the AMU Alumni Australia
AMU Alumni held its bi-annual elections for new Executive Committee on Sunday, 1st August 2010 at its Annual General Meeting in Sydney.The elections were presided by Mr.G.Q. Siddiqui. According to the Media Release, it was a unanimous election and the responsibilities were transferred smoothly on Sunday, 8th August 2010 to the new team in keeping with the best traditions of the Alumni.Mr. Riyaz Akhter will be replacing Mr. Zamir Khan as the new Secretary. The editorial Board of Sada-e-Watan would like appreciates the community Services of Mr. Zamir Khan and the other team members of the AMU Alumni Australia.
