Senator Anisa Zeb Tahirkheli belongs to PPP (Sherpao) group and has brought a rich experience to the Senate of Pakistan. She is M.SC. (Geology) and LLB from University of Peshawar. She is a practicing Lawyer. Ms. Tahirkheli has remained Member Provincial Assembly of NWFP between 1988-1990; Member National Consultative Committee; Member District Social Action Board, Haripur; Member National Zakat Council; Member Engineering Commission on Women Laws; Worked as Non-formal educator in remote areas of Gadoon-Amazai (NWFP) during 1986-88.
