Chief Editor Aalmi Akhbar Safdar Hamadani’s Brother Asad Hamadani passed away in Lahore
It is with deep sadness that we inform the readers of Sada-e-Watan that World Known Poet, Columnist, Scholar and Writer Mr. Safdar Hamadani’s Elder Brother Syed Asad Hamadani passed away on Friday, 18th February 2011 in Lahore Pakistan. He was Elder Son of Syed Mustafa Ali Hamadani Who made the First Ever Announcement from Radio Pakistan Lahore, when the nation was founded officially as the Dominion of Pakistan between the night of 13th and 14th August 1947.
Dr. Nighat Nasim informed Sada-e-Watan about the sad news of Syed Asad Hamadani who was elder in his all sisters & brothers and he was main responsible of the family affairs. He was well known in the high level circle of Lahore and played an integral part in the Jafria Community of Lahore. He was recently admitted to Hospital where he died. He was buried at Mominpura Graveyard Lahore on the evening of the Saturday, 19th Feb 2011.
Please remember Syed Asad Hamadani Marhum in your duas, and pray that Allah SWT Grant him an exalted place in Jannah, and Sabr-e-Jameel to the family members. The Editorial Board of Sada-e-Watan Prayed to ALLAH Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to his family members to bear this irrepairable loss.
