Announcement regarding 8th Ashura Procession in Sydney on Tue,6th of December 2011
Salam all,
This is a quick announcement through Sada-e-Watan that the 8th Ashura Australia Procession will be held in Sydney city on the 6th of December 2011. We will be gathering at Hyde Park outside St James station and walking down on Macquarie Street ending near the Opera House Sydney. We will commence the procession at 8:30am inshallah.
Please find the Poster for the Ashura Procession attached, feel free to distribute among your community. We will be sending trusted people in the community to visit you in person with printed posters to help you spread the word.
Inshallah we can participate in this walk in rememberance of our Imam Hussain (as) to spread his message and cause to our people and the general public.
