Brigadier Ahmad Saeed has passed away in Auburn Sydney
Brigadier Retired Ahmad Saeed has passed
away on the morning of Tuesday, 16 September 2008 in Auburn Sydney (Ina lillaha
waina alehay rajiun). He was visiting his son Bilal Saeed who is currently
studying in Australia.
As per the family's wish Pakistan Association of Australia arranged to send his
body to Pakistan. Mr Anwar Chaudhary treasurer Pakistan Association made
enormous efforts to complete the travel arrangements. Namaz Jinaza will be
offered at Omar Mosque Auburn on Thursday 18th Sept.
PAA has collected donations from the community to meet the travel expenses. It
is worth noting that Pakistan High Commission has contributed substantially this
time, thanks to Your Excellency Jalil Abbas Jilani, Brigadier Babar Virk DA and
Azam Mohammad CG.
