Congratulation to Dr. Mehreen Khan

Dr. Mehreen Khan stood First out of 354 Overseas Qualified Medical Graduates (OQMGs) sat in Australian Medical Council (AMC) Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) Examination in her First attempt. AMC 2006A MCQ was held on 25 March 2006 Australia wide and performance results were posted on 21 April 2006. MCQ is the first written Qualifying examination in Australia and there are three attempts allowed by AMC. Those who pass MCQ with top ranking become eligible to appear at earliest final AMC Clinical Examination. And after passing Clinical Examination OQMGs become registered to their State Medical Boards in Australia.
Dr. Mehreen Khan is the daughter of Muhammad Alamgir and Mrs. Khilat Alamgir and the wife of Mr. Qamar Khan’s Son Omar Zaman Khan. Mehreen has scholastic academic record. She stood top sixth in Punjab Medical Colleges in Pakistan. She got her graduation from Rawalpindi Medical College in 2004/5. Currently Mehreen & Omar both are visiting Pakistan at her parent place in Wah Cantt.
