New Australian High Commissioner to Pakistan Tim George Present Credentials to President Asif Ali Zardari
The High Commissioner of Australia to Pakistan Mr. Tim George presented credentials to President Asif Ali Zardari at an impressive ceremony at the Aiwan-e-Sadr Islamabad on Friday, 24th July 2009. The Australian envoy called on the President Zardari separately and presented his credential and discussed bilateral relations and matters of mutual interest.
The President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari felicitated the newly appointed envoy Mr. Tim George and hoped he will work for further cementing the already existing close and cordial relations of Australia with Pakistan. Earlier upon arrival the High Commissioner-designates of Australia Mr. Tim George at the Presidency National anthems of Pakistan and Australia were played & Australia High Commissioner of Australia to Pakistan Mr. Tim George inspected the guard of honour and took salute.
