Islamic High Council hosted a Welcome dinner for world known Scholar Dr.Tahir-ul-Qadri

Darulfatwa Islamic High Council is the highest Islamic authority in Australia. It has been founded to meet the growing needs of the Australian. Darul-Fatwa aims to bring the Australian Muslims together in order to positively develop and enhance the role of every Muslim community member.
Darulfatwa Islamic High Council hosted a Welcome dinner for the Founder of Idara Minhaj-ul-Quran International, world known Scholar Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri who was visiting Australia. The dinner was held at the El Khayal Restaurant, Greenacre Sydney and attended by Imams, Muslim community leaders, Australian officials, Journalists, Scholars , Media persenaltis,Mr. Stepan Kerkyasharian Chairman Community Relations Commission, Haji MB Mehio,Chairman Muslim Community Radio 92.1 FM,Mr.
Ian Dickson Superintendent/ Commander of NSW police and other important dignities.Dr. Sheikh Salim Alwan Al-Husainyyi is the main Mufti of Ahlus-Sunnah wal Jama6ah of Sydney Australia. He Welcome
Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri and presents him more than 2o books. Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri Thanks for invitation and speaks about different important topic of Islam. Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri As A Leading Authority on Islam also discussed the issues of terrorism & Suicide Bombings. He again openly says that Islam forbids the massacre of innocent citizens and suicide bombings.In Compliance with this glorious Ayah and Hadith, and out of love for Allah and his beloved Prophet, Dr. Shaykh Salim Alwan al-Husainyy, Chairman of Darulfatwa Australia, invited various leaders and representatives of the Islamic Community to congregate in welcoming Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri and the accompanying delegation .Also present at the welcoming ceremony were numerous shaykhs, imams, and government representatives.
The gathering commenced with some recitation from the Holy Qur’an followed by the Chairman’s word, Shaykh Salim Alwan. The Shaykh warmly welcomed Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri ,He also explained that Darulfatwa is an organisation for all to benefit from and not just restricted to only one community He also pointed out how they can all support Darulfatwa, for it is a body built on truth and moderation. Included in his speech was his advising against hateful extremism and violence. He mentioned that it is not only the individual that will be affected by such actions but also families and society in general.He called all Muslims to stand strongly side-by-side and firmly adhere to the Qur’an and the methodology of our beloved Prophet peace be upon him.
This was also followed by a speech delivered by the community's guest Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri .In which he expressed his thanks in being offered such a warm welcome and thanked all the shaykhs for their presence.Towards the closing of the ceremony, Sheikh Bilal Homaysi end the event with a Dua.
