Famous Pakistani Physician Dr.Syed Badar Qadri Passed Away in Sydney
Prominent Personality of Australian/ Pakistani Community & Famous physician Dr. Syed Badar Qadri was admitted in a leading Hospital of Sydney for knee surgery where he passed away in the afternoon of Thursday, 16th June 2011. He was settled in Australia since more than 40 years and practicing at QUAKERS HILL Sydney.
Mr. Khalil Allahwala informed Sada-e-Watan that the Namaz-e-Janazah( Funeral Prayer) of Dr. Badar Qadri will be held on Saturday,18 June, after Namaz-e-Zuhr 12:05pm. Salat Al-Janazah will be held at the Lakemba Mosque, 65 Wangee Road Lakemba Sydney. All Friends are request to attend.
Dr Badar Qadri’s family members Mrs. Tanveer Qadri, Ms Pasha Qadri and Usman Qadri are already in Sydney.His Son Mustafa Qadri is coming from UK to join Murhoom Dr.Badar Qadri funeral on Saturday.
Born in Hyderabad, India, Dr Qadri did his
pre-degree studies at Osmania University, migrated to Pakistan and did his
medicine from Dow Medical college, Karachi. He worked as a medical officer with
a shipping company for a few years and then migrated to Australia in early 70s.
Dr Badar Qadri played key roles in several community associations over the years
and hosted several visiting dignitaries and national teams from Pakistan at his
house in 70s, 80s and 90s. He was loved by everybody due to his humorous and
affectionate nature.

the sad demise of Dr. Syed Badar Qadri. In a condolence Message through
Sada-e-Watan Friends sympathized with the family members of the deceased and
offered ‘Fatiha’ for the departed soul. The Editorial Board of Sada-e-Watan
Prayed to ALLAH Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant
courage to his family members to bear this irrepairable loss.
