Faisal Saleh Hayat is leading Pakistani delegation to attend FIFA Congress in Sydney
Three officials of
Pakistan Football Federation arrived in Sydney to attend the FIFA Congress.
PFF's delegation to the Congress is led by Pakistan Football Federation President
Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat MNA. The other two in three man delegation are
PFF's Senior Vice President Syed Zahir Ali Shah and PFF Congress member Syed
Nayyar Hassnain Haider.
During the two day FIFA Congress at Sydney, FIFA President Sepp Blatter has
appreciated the promotional work of Pakistan Football Federation under the
leadership of Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat.
Asian Football Federation ’s President Mohamed Bin Hammam has also congratulated
Faisal Saleh Hayat for introducing National Women Football Club Championship and
restart of National Football Challenge Cup. “Faisal’s availability as PFF chief
is big boost for Pakistan’s players, coaches, referees, administrators who are
related with football.
During the big gathering of top soccer personalities, all the latest
developments in the world game, including rule changes and lobbying for the
location of future world cups take place are discussed. FIFA Congress in Sydney
was the participation of 208 member nations including Pakistan.
Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat MNA, also met with Presidents of various heads of
national bodies plus South Asian Football Federation’s President Ganesh Thapa
and AFC Vice President Manilal Fernando, aiming at cementing relations with the
Pakistan Football Federation.
