Pakistan Consulate Sydney sends 3 crore relief goods for Pakistan Floods
A very large quantity of relief goods arranged by the Pakistan Consulate Sydney are being shipped to Karachi on 21 August 2010. A Large 4 forty foot containers have been packed with Tents,Socks,Crockery,Plastic Sheets,Clothes and other essential items. The Acting Consul General Mr.Hamid Asghar formally thanked disaster resources charity for the goods and said he was proud that personal friends and prominent citizens stepped forward to meet the shipping cost of $14750.Mr. Hamid inspected loading of the goods at the yard in Alexandria Sydney. The goods have been addressed to Pakistan's National Disaster Management Agency and are going by the Maersk Shipping line NSW Australia.
