Khawar Saleem of Awaz e Dost Radio Interviewed the New High Commissioner for Pakistan to Australia,His Excellency Mr.Abdul Malik Abdullah.
On Tuesday, 6th Sept,Mr.Khawar Saleem Khan President Pakistan Cultural Association of Australia and Chief Producer of the Awaz e Dost Radio Programme ACT Broadcasted the Exclusive interview of the Pakistan's High Commissioner His Excellency Abdul Malik Abdullah.According to the Media Release, A lot of Welcome SMS and Emails were received in response to this special interview.This interview will be repeated on Sunday,11th Sept program at 3:00PM to 4:00PM.
While answering to a question from a caller,Mr. Abdullah said that Pakistan High Commission will strongly support the Pakistani community in Canberra & in Australia, and will always fully cooperate with the volunteers and the community members in the common pursuit of true volunteer work for the cause of Pakistan in Canberra and in Australia.
A number of callers from the community welcomed the New High Commissioner to Australia and commended their efforts in promoting the Pakistani culture in Canberra especially by co-organizing with PCA a Sufi Music night with Ustad Shafqat Ali Khan on 17th September 2011.Shafqat Ali Khan is the son of renowned master of classical music Ustad Salamat Ali Khan, he is coming from Pakistan to participate in this Sufi musical night.
