Subject:- High Commissioner assumes charge of Office
H.E. Syed Ibne Abbas arrived in Wellington on 16 January 2010, and assumed the charge as the High Commissioner for Pakistan to New Zealand.
The High Commissioner has expressed his resolve to work in all earnest to further strengthen the already cordial Pakistan-New Zealand relations in all fields, especially, the trade ties.
High Commissioner has also expressed his hope that he shall be able to work with the Pakistani-New Zealand community to further cement the friendly ties between the two countries, peoples and cultures.
The High Commissioner assures the Pakistani-New Zealand community about his determination to provide around the clock consular services, whenever needed.
The High Commissioner wishes the Pakistani-New Zealand community a happy, prosperous and peaceful, 2010.
