Pakistan Women’s Cricket Team Clears for trip to Australia

All the members of Pakistan women cricket team were cleared of the dope test ahead of the World Cup being staged in Australia from 7-22 March 2009.

“All players of Pakistan women cricket team have cleared their dope test,” according to the spokesman of Pakistan Cricket Board. Twenty Pakistan’s ladies players including those selected for the World Cup under went doping in compliance of the ICC and WADA Code and all have been cleared by the Malaysian dope testing laboratory.

The Pak team is: Urooj Fatima (captain), Sana Mir (vice captain), Bismah Maroof, Nain Abidi, Sajida Shah, Javeria Khan, Arman Khan, Batool Fatima, Naheed Khan, Almas Akram, Asmavia Iqbal, Sania Khan,Kanita Jalil, Naila Nazir Sukhhan Faiz.
