Imam Hasan Centre Collect $72,000 for Pakistan Earthquake

A fundraising lunch was held last Sunday at Imam Hasan Centre Annangrove Sydney. The lunch was organised to raise funds for the Pakistan Earthquake appeal it then capped off with a successful Eid celebration at the Centre. Alhamdulillah, Imam Hasan Centre raised $72,000 through ticket sales, donations, and the auction. Thanks to all those who participated at the auction; if readers of Sada-e-Watan have not already done so, the management of Imam Hasan Centre are still in the process of collecting all funds until the end of the week.

Imam Hasan Centre would like to thank all the sponsors, organizers and volunteers; the Lunch was an outstanding success only due to efforts and support of the community. Answering the call of those in need is everyone’s duty, and this is exactly what you all have achieved, Alhamdulillah!
