John Howard is travelling to Pakistan

On the invitation of the President of Pakistan, the Prime Minister of Australia John Howard will be visiting Pakistan. A high-powered delegation including Federal Ministers, prominent businessmen and senior experts will also be travelling within a special aircraft of PM John Howard. Well informed sources of Islamabad told Sada-e-Watan that John Howard will start his journey on Sunday, 20th November 2005 but there is still not any official announcement on this historical visit.
 

The Prime Minister of Australia will have special meetings with the President General Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz. Prime Minister John Howard will have talks on the international response to the 8th October earthquake.

The High Commissioner of Pakistan, Mr. Babar Malik arrived in Islamabad today afternoon of Wednesday 16 November for the preparation and arrangement of the official visit of John Howard.
