Event held in Sydney on Youm-e-Istehsal of Indian Illegally Occupied
Jammu & Kashmir
The
Pakistan Consulate, Sydney organized a special event to observe Youm-e-Istehsal of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu &
Kashmir (IIOJK) on 5th August 2025 attended by a large number of
participants. The event highlighted India’s unlawful and unilateral revocation
of Articles 370 and 35A in 2019, stripping the region of Jammu & Kashmir of
its special status and reducing its people to voiceless subjects under
occupation. The speakers vowed full support to the right of self-determination
of the people of IIOJK and the resolution of the long-standing issue in
accordance with the resolution of the United Nations.
