Send money officially through Citilink Finance and get rewarded by Govt. Of Pakistan

Chief Executive Officer, Citilink Finance has informed Sada-e Watan Sydney that
people who will be sending money officially through Citilink Finance will be
rewarded by Government Of Pakistan. There are certain incentives offered by
Overseas Pakistan Foundation which has issued a remittance books for Citilink
Finance customers who will be sending money officially and earn exchange for the
country.
Overseas Pakistanis remitting foreign currency equivalent to US$2,500 to US$
50,000 per annum are entitled to the following incentives:
• Separate counters for special handling at arrival and departures lounges at
International Airports.
• Free issuance and renewal of passport on an urgent basis.
• The incentives are available for One Year from the date of issuance of
Remittance Card.
The duty credit as specified in the Table below shall be admissible to a
Pakistani national holding Foreign Exchange Remittance Card (FERC) once during
validity of the card. The duty credit can also be utilized for the unaccompanied
baggage or any purchase from one of the duty free shops.
The duty credit under this scheme shall not be utilizable on import of vehicles.

A passport size photograph is required for the issuance of remittance book.
After the remittance transaction please advise concerned staff to issue a
remittance book duly endorsed and signed by any officer.
Mr. Asif informed that a "UMRA Ticket" has been announced for those remitters
who will send money through Citilink Finance during the period of 20th August to
31st December 2007.Their name will be automatically included in the draw to be
held in Pakistan association function in the first quarter of the next year. He
urged all the Pakistani's to send the money through official channel to earn
exchange for the country and avoid all those people who are sending remittances
over the phone using "HUNDI METHOD".
He also informed that online remittance form has been introduced by Citilink
which can be filled in and submitted through internet by the existing client
holders of Habib Finance. If the customer has not sent any remittance previously
through Habib Finance or Citilink finance they can register their name and get
an instant receipt of your unique user ID and password by email. Not only
remitters can auto fill the send money form online but also store the last five
recipients of funds and select those to auto fill as well saving their valuable
time.
