Overseas Pakistanis can now get NADRA ID Cards on the Internet

National Database and
Registration Authority (NADRA) has started issuing computerized Identity Cards (NICOP)
& (POC) for overseas Pakistanis through its automated web based application
system.
Now applicants can apply directly and are not required to visit or contact the
Pakistan High Commission, the consulates or Nadra offices. The average
processing time of applications received through the web-based system is around
10 days. Under the new system, Pakistanis living abroad can apply for their
NICOPs and POCs online and the respective payments can be made through credit
cards.
