Joint Statement for Pakistan’s Independence Day in Canberra
Dear Readers of Sada-e-Watan,
We are pleased to announce that Pakistan Business
Association Canberra Inc. & Pakistan Cricket Club Canberra have announced their
affiliation and partnership with PAFA.
Mr. Zia Qureshi, President of Pakistan Business Association (PBA) and Mr. Irfan
Yousaf, Captain of Pakistan Cricket Club Canberra (PCCC) has announced that
their organisations will be partner in all PAFA activities from now on! on the
basis of equal partnership and coordination.
This is the first milestone achieved by your elected PAFA executive committee in
bringing the Unity and Synergism in the community. It is result of our vision to
bring all Pakistani community together within ACT and Australia.
The senior executives of these three organisations are committed to cooperation
and coordination. As a result, we believe that the work of these organisations
is complementary. The different expertise and different focus of these entities,
when applied to joint efforts and to sharing of efforts, will result in a
cumulative effect which will be greater than the sum of the three individual
parts.

Pakistan Independence Day
Celebrations, which
will be held on
Sunday 27 August 2006 (6.00PM) at
Queanbeyan Conference Centre
