VISIT OF PAKISTAN BLIND CRICKET TEAM TO AUSTRALIA FROM 20 FEBRUARY – 02 MARCH 2011

On the invitation of Blind Cricket Australia (BLA), Pakistan Blind Cricket Team will tour Australia from 20th February to 2nd March 2011 to play a series comprising three T-20s and three One-Day Internationals in Adelaide.

Pakistan Blind Cricket Team is a winner of last two World Cups consecutively. Pakistan Blind Cricket Team also has the distinction to win eight International series out of nine played by them. 

 The schedule of series is as follows:

 Sun      20 Feb Both teams arrive

Mon     21 Feb Practice Match, Twenty20 (SA vs Pakistan)

Tue      22 Feb 1st Twenty20

Wed     23 Feb 2nd Twenty20

Thurs    24 Feb 3rd Twenty20

Fri        25 Feb Rest day

Sat       26 Feb 1st One Day International (ODI)

Sun      27 Feb Rest day

Mon     28 Feb 2nd ODI

Tue      01 Mar 3rd ODI (Adelaide Oval) & Closing function

wed      02 Mar Pakistan depart

Entry to all matches is free and member of Pakistani community are expected to come in large numbers to support their team. Blind Cricket Australia has requested all Pakistani Associations to support the visit of Pakistan Blind Cricket team to Australia. This assistance can be in the form of cash donations or assistance to BCA in arranging the series.
