 An Exhibition of Pakistani Culture
Part of 2006 National Multicultural Festival

 

Enjoy a colourful display of Pakistani art & culture including; local dresses, Khussas (traditional shoes), pottery, rugs, traditionally carved wooden furniture and antiques, Pakistani paintings, traditionally embroidered linens and many more colours of Pakistani culture. Visitors may receive free Choorian (colourful glass bangles) and Hina (Mehndi) application (A timeless art of hand painting). Videos of Pakistani folk songs and dances and a musical film on colourful Pakistani wedding ceremonies will be shown.
