Association (PAA) held a Pakistan Day function in Parramatta Sydney on
Saturday 24th March 2007. President of PAA Ejaz Khan, Trustee Dr. Akram
Hassan and other elected committee of PAA worked hard for the success of
this national function.
The Counsel General of Pakistan Mr. Azam Mohammed, Former Health
Minister of Punjab Rana Ikram Rubani and Retired General Manager of
Pakistan TV Mr. Arif Rana were Chief Guests of the evening.
In his speech, Ejaz Khan informed the audience about the services
provided to the community by PAA. Mr. Arif Rana & Mr. Rana Ikram Rubani
in their brief speech tried to explain the current situation of Pakistan
and appealed for unity. Consul General of Pakistan Mr. Azam Mohammed
highlighted the importance of Pakistan Day and congratulated the
Pakistani community for the National Day of Pakistan. The function was
followed by a scrumptious dinner, musical performances arranged By
Doosti Group & Jyoti Dixit of Moonsoon Dance group Sydney. Moonsoon
