Through Sada-e-Watan, I would like to introduce myself as a community worker working in The Hills Holroyd Parramatta Migrant Resource Centre Sydney. I am from Pakistan and joined this organization couple of months ago with vision and aim to provide settlement services to newly arrived migrants from Pakistan. Support groups with a focus on Living Skills and personal developmentNow we are going to start South Asian Women’s Support Group which is
especially designed for south Asian women with more emphasis on Pakistani women living in Holroyd and Parramatta LGA’s. It will give women an opportunity to increase their social interaction and win the war of isolation. It will also enhance their skills, provide information and eventually empower them.
