Australian Government & Opposition Condemned Attack On Police Academy in Lahore

Australia Mr. Stephen Smith has condemned the attack on Police Academy in Lahore
Pakistan while speaking on Sky News. "Some people don't want to have a
conversation about the peaceful and civil resolution of matters," he said.
"They want to deal with things through the barrel of a gun because they are
hardcore extremists and terrorists."
Australian FM says the attack shows that terrorist activity is not limited to
the Afghan-Pakistan border, and underlines the need for the international
community to support Pakistan.
The Federal Opposition's foreign affairs spokeswoman Julie Bishop says the
attack on Police Training Centre Lahore is clearly an attempt to destabilise the
Pakistan Government. She says world leaders need to support democracy in
Pakistan.
"We must ensure that this Government succeeds," Julie Bishop said.
