Imran Khan attending National Radio Conference 2008 in Gold Coast
On the evening of Thursday
09 Oct, Imran Khan Departures from Sydney Airport to Brisbane where he will
attend the National Radio Conference 2008. The National Radio Conference will be
held on Friday 10th October at Conrad Jupiters on the Gold Coast starting at
8:30am.
In this important Conference more than 400 commercial radio big wigs will
examine the future of radio in Australia, with the coming rollout of digital
radio, radio’s place in the multimedia age and the impact of the Federal
Government’s media reform on regional operators among the topics to be
discussed. Keynote speakers at this year's conference include Imran Khan, the
Pakistani politician and former cricketer, and Nigel Lythgoe, President of
reality TV juggernaut 19 Television and judge on the US version of 'So you think
you can dance'.
