Rahim Ghouri Elected as the New President of AFIC

Last month the annual congress of the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils Inc was held in Sydney. This year, delegates of all Australian states elected the National Executive of the AFIC for the next two years. A Prominent Pakistani of Perth Western Australia, Mr. Rahim Ghouri was elected as the new President.
Mr. Rahim Ghouri is a close friend of the editor-in-chief of Sada-e-Watan Syed Zafar Hussain. Since 1993, his spouse Mrs. Yasmin Ghouri is the correspondent of Sada-e-Watan Sydney for Western Australia. Behalf of the Pakistani & other Muslim communities of Australia, we would like to congratulate Mr. Rahim Ghouri.
