Ramadhan at Imam Hasan Centre Sydney
As we approach Ramadhan it
is a time to reflect and look for any changes we can make in our lives to be
closer to God, it is a time when Allah forgives our errors and opportunity to
start again. Each night and particularly the nights of Laylatul Qadr is an
opportunity to start with a clean slate. May Allah accepts all our efforts and
guide to a closer proximity to Him. On the 1st of Ramadhan, Imam Hasan Centre
Sydney will complete 3 years of serving the community, this could not have
happened with the dedicated service from all of you.
For the Holy month of Ramadhan, Imam Hasan Centre has invited Syed Muhammad
Jafar Kharazmi and his wife Syeda Tahira Kharazmi, Imam Hasan Centre feel that
it is important that the ladies are able to have a female Alim able to discuss
any issues and also to present relevant material for ladies in our community. We
hope the ladies take advantage of running their own programs and asking any
questions they may have.
Both Syed Muhammad and Syeda Tahira have studied at the Hoza Elmia Qaim for
extensive periods of time. With Syed spending nearly 15 years in Iran. We look
forward to gaining knowledge from both. Syed Muhammad speaks English, Urdu and
Farsi. They have both presented at many centres around the world, specialising
in programs for the youth.

Completed Masters -
studied at Hoza Elmia Qaim Chizar, Tehran Iran
• Founder of Zam Zam English Magazine for teenagers, remained chief editor for
two years.
• Founder and Chief Editor of an Urdu monthly periodical for women “Khatoon”
• Members of editorial board of Persian periodical “Ansarul Hussain”
• Founder and MD of Noor Computer Centre, specially designed for people with
low income.
• Prayer Leader of a grand Mosque in Tehran Ansarul Husain( AS)
• News Caster and announcer of Urdu Radio at IRIB
• Program write and interviewer for IRIB English Radio
• R&D of Basij Students Organization website
Academic Qualifications:
• Elementary Presentation Convent Murree, Pakistan
• Secondary Saint Mary’s (Catholic) Academy Lalazar, Rawalpindi, Pakistan
• Cambridge Burnhall College, Abbottabad, Pakistan
