Media Release for Congratulates Usman Khawaja
On behalf of the Pakistan Association of Australia I would like to congratulate Usman Khawaja for his great performance in the state NSW cricket team which has scored him a position in the International Australian cricket team.
We are all extremely honoured and proud of having a Pakistani Australian join the International Australian Cricket team. Your hard work and great ability in playing cricket has scored you a position in the international Australian cricket team and you have made the Pakistani Australian community very proud.
As you have joined the international Australian cricket team you have given hope and more momentum for Pakistani Australian youth who would also like to peruse a future in International cricket. Your position in the International Australian Team has motivated these youth to try harder and not lose hope in perusing a career in international cricket.
I hope many Pakistani’s will go to support you in your first debut in international test cricket at the Sydney cricket ground, as their support I believe would be very valuable and would encourage you to do even better.
Once again I would like to congratulate Usman Khawaja and wish you all the best for the future.
