According to the Notification of the Federal Board of Revenue Government of Pakistan Muhammad Raza Baqir appointed as a Collector Regional Tax Office Multan. Mr Raza Baqir is a BS20 officer of Customs & Excise Group. He also served as a Consul General of Pakistan Sydney Australia from 1998-2001. Mr. Raza Baqir is very hard working, honest, intelligent & best performance officer in the Govt of Pakistan.

Mr. Mohammad Raza Baqir is
an officer of Customs and Excise Group. He belongs to 9th CTP of Civil Services.
He has diverse experience of working in Customs, Federal Excise, Sales Tax,
Ministry of Commerce and Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan (IPO).
He has remained actively involved in Tax Administration Reforms Programme of the
Federal Board of Revenue. He has also served as Trade Officer of Pakistan in
Copenhagen and Sydney.
Prior to joining the National School of Public Policy (NSPP), Lahore, as
Directing Staff (Faculty), he was Executive Director in IPO, Pakistan.
Mr. Baqir obtained Master’s Degree in English Language & Literature from Government College, Lahore in 1979. He has undergone Executive Leadership Programme in the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, USA. He has also participated in different bilateral and multilateral negotiations at international level.
