Bride & Groom: Captain Hasnain & wife Rubab (Valima)
On Sunday 16th April,
2006, Syeda Rubab Tariq daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Syed Tariq Hussain, married
Captain Hasnain Raza son of Mr. & Mrs. Syed Riaz Hussain. Syed Tariq is the
elder brother of Syed Zafar Hussain & Syed Javed Hussain Editors of Sada-e-Watan
Sydney. The Barat arrived from Lahore Cantt to the Marriage Hall Jhelum Cantt.
The Valima dinner was held at Park P.A.F. Colony Gate No. 4 Zarar Shaheed Road,
Lahore Cantt.
About 600 guests were there to celebrate the occasion and many had come from
distant places to attend the event. This included Mrs. Nafisa Zafar & Fareeha
from Sydney Australia, Rubab’s brother Hassan from London, Rubab’s Mother’s
brother Mr. Tariq with family from United Kingdom, and Hasnain’s Aunty who flew
in from America. The marriage arrangements were supervised by Rubab’s Uncle Brig
Amjad Shabbir.
The married couple are now in Risalpur.
Sada-e-Watan Sydney would like to congratulate Captain Hasnain and his wife
Rubab towards a new, blissful life.
