Runa Laila  is one of the most popular singers of the Bangladeshi origin. Although in her home country she is best known for her pop songs, she is very well known in the rest of South Asia. Runa has sung and recorded well over 5000 songs to date and she can sing in 17 languages. During her long and distinguished career in music she has received around 150 awards in various countries. Runa Laila has traveled to several parts of the world to give performances. USA, UK, Canada and Australia are a few from the list.
