First Good News from New Deputy High Commissioner Mr. Tasawar Khan
As part of its efforts to
promote Pakistani Art and Culture in Australia, the High Commission for Pakistan
would be participating in the first ever South Asian Film Festival, being
organized by the diplomatic missions of SAARC countries in collaboration with
Tuggranong Arts Centre from 22-30 November 2008.
Pakistan High Commission would be screening the following two Pakistani movies
at the time and date given below:-
1. Khuda Kay Liye (In the Name of God) at 2.00 pm, Saturday, 29 November 2008
2. Ramchand Pakistani at 7.30 pm, Saturday, 29 November 2008
Both the movies will be screened at the Tuggranong Arts Centre, Corner Cowlishaw
& Reed Road, Greenway, ACT 2901.
Tickets would be available at the booth for A$ 5/- each.
