SOS Pakistan - Feed The Children ~ Sydney ~
Hello! I would like to introduce our charity projects through Sada-e-Watan
Sydney.
My name is Rachel Cruz and I am the Chairperson of SOS Pakistan - Feed The
Children.
We are a small group of people dedicated to Pakistan and all her beauty
however, at the same time recognising the very real dilemma's women and
children are living with every day.
Love and Unity is our central message and our mission is to focus on
Education and Health.
Education:
SOS Pakistan - Feed The Children is currently sponsoring sixty children for
their education in the district of Gujranwala, Punjab. These little angels
are either orphaned and/or without atleast one parent. Our intention is
sponsor as many children. It costs so little!
Health:
Hepatitis C ~ One in ten people in Pakistan have Hepatitis C. We are
sponsoring one patient at a time ~ in association with Shifa International
Hospital in Islamabad. Our approach is holistic ~ medication ~ education and
counselling services.
Clean Water
~ is a very real issue and SOS is dedicated to assisting
as many
people as possible. We have distributed a special filter bottle in the
district of Kot Addu, Southern Punjab ~ bgwhich eradicates 99.99% of all
bacteria and viruses ~ this technology is proven to have superior clinical
outcomes and our idealistic approach is to treat everyone as we would like
to be treated ourselves. There are no short cuts in life and that includes
the treatment of water.
Medical Facility ~ Our dream is to build a medical facility for women and
children. We are in the initial stages ~ details to follow.
