On Saturday 19th April 2008, the Imam Zamine ceremony of Zehra Safdar precious daughter or famous writer, poet, marsia nigar & broadcaster Safdar Hamadani and renowned PTV newscaster & BBC London's producer Mahpara Safdar with Syed Nadeem Reza Zaidi beloved son of Haider and Shaheeda Zaidi was held in London.
Zehra is a facilitator for the NHS, working from the primary care trust Ealing obtained a BSC in psychology with honours distinction. An accomplished young woman whose credentials boast various charitable contributions of time, personnel resources, inspiration and initiative. A pleasant and warm personality whose optimism and free spirited nature is contagious. Her parents both extremely accomplished individuals, her father Safdar Hamadani a internationally recognised literary poet and journalist, her mother Mahpara Safdar a charming and strong role model for Zehra has enjoyed a long and prosperous career in Pakistani and International media.
Lastly but by no means least the youngest member of the Hamadani clan, is the very talented Mohammed Mehdi Safdar. Currently attending the prestigious institute of higher education namely Warwick University completing his bachelors degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. He is a joy to be around with his wit and sense of humour. Nadeem Zaidi currently a mail stream solutions consultant for the globally acclaimed Pitney Bowes a fortune 500 blue chip, was born on 21st July in London. An active and enterprising young man who was fuelled by any competition he has obtained a BSC in Economics with honours distinction. A charming and dynamic individual whose talents are not bound by limitations. His father Syed Haider Reza Zaidi is of Pakistani origin and his beloved mother is of Fijian origin. Growing up he has been privileged by unconditional love and support from both and owes much and if not all of his success to date to these two pillars in his life.
His father an extremely talented man with the business savvy easily comparable to the likes of Sir Richard Branson has enjoyed much success in the FMCG distribution sector. He has now ventured to the Caribbean to explore greater opportunities in the market gaps. His mother Shaheeda Zaidi a dedicated mother and housewife for most years has also entered the business realm and successfully managed her own sales and distribution outlet, she is now studying in child care in the hopes to establish her own nursery. Nadeem the oldest of 3 sons, Riaz Zaidi 22 and Tahir Zaidi 14 has enjoyed success in all that he has done. His ambition has been nurtured by his beautiful baji Syeda Fatima Zaidi and her Husband Ali Mehdi Dudhia. Inshallah with the grace and blessings of Allah and their respected elders both Nadeem and Zehra will experience the many joys of life and married life alike.
